REFUND POLICY

At Syntrix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your experience remains smooth and stress-free.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

Return/Exchange Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used or unsealed items (like earphones, earbuds, headphones for hygiene reasons)

  • Items without original packaging/accessories

  • Customised or special-order items

Return Process

  • Contact our support team at syntrix07@gmail.com or via the Help Center with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item to our warehouse.

  • After inspection, your refund will be initiated.

Note: To return the product, a 360° full unboxing video is required. Without video, we will not be able to help you.

  • Yes, we take our product returns and refunds but only in case of damaged, wrong, or missing items not based on dislikes. 

  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, wrong, or missing items in case of returns and exchanges.  Without video, we would not be able to help you. 

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order in case of any damage, wrong item, or missing pieces. 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes quality checks.

  • The refund will be made to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Syntrix error.

Exchange Process

  • No Exchange

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only within 30 min of order placed. Post-dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible, and the return policy applies instead.
